President of the Parliament of Montenegro and President Emeritus of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Mr Ranko Krivokapić will hold a speech in the German Marshall Fund, in the context of transatlantic cooperation which will be particularly devoted to NATO integration of Montenegro.
