Your town is a part of Montenegro – a whole uniting the richness of cultures and faiths, with a special feeling for civic unity of all nations living in the town facing Otranto.

The walls of Ulcinj defy the force of the sea, just as the citizens of Ulcinj stay strong in face of threats of irrationality, protecting a multicultural Montenegro.

It is the State’s obligation to strengthen further development of Ulcinj, for a better life of its citizens, with a wise valorisation of exceptional potential and natural resources.
