You should use these days to turn to each other, and devoted to unity, strengthen universal values. An individual and overall social progress must rely on solidarity and justice.

Let the faith fulfill you with the strength which will lead you in the fight for justice, making thus Montenegro a warm home for all of us. By our own example and effort, we are giving a contribution to peaceful, secure and prosperous society.

I wish you to spend these days in peace, surrounded by your close people and loved ones.
