The event is open to public.

Aside from hosts President Krivokapić and Executive Director of CDT Mr Dragan Koprivica,  the following  will also take part  in the Conference: H.E. Mr Mitja Drobnič, Head of the EU Delegation, Mr Laurent Stokvis, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Netherlands, MPs, representative of government, representatives of political parties, embassies to Montenegro and civil society.          

Media representatives are to enter the Parliament of Montenegro by using the annual accreditation card together with a personal identification document. Those who do not possess the annual accreditation, should request from the Department for Public Relations of the Parliament the issuance of daily accreditation in due time, via fax: 020 404 518press@skupstina.me
