“Esteemed citizens of Mojkovac,

Your town, located in the valley of one of the most beautiful rivers and canyons - Tara, or the “Tear of Europe”, has the potential and prerequisites for development of tourism. I am certain that, by preserving the environment and with sustainable valorisation of this natural resource, the citizens of Mojkovac can have a better standard of living and one of higher quality.

With economic governance and creation of conditions for investment development by the local self-governance, Mojkovac can be and should be a town in which the youth has prospects.

For citizens to have a decent job and live off of their own work must be priority goals of the state and local policy, which in turn would result in stopping emigration from the north and the return of our diaspora.
