“Esteemed citizens of Kolašin,

Your town has been recognised on the tourist map as a centre of the winter tourism and a place which, by its geographic position and climate, may be a destination for vacation and recreation throughout the whole year.

With rational usage of town’s resources, responsible policy towards citizens, careful management of goods, Kolašin, with the support of the state, must enter the phase of the more intensive development based on the sustainability, with the aim of improving the living conditions for all citizens.

A decent job and possibility to earn your own living must be the basis of the national and local policy. Managing the resources and money of citizens must be followed by a special responsibility and it should be directed primarily to raising the quality of life of all citizens and prosperity of youth. I believe that you will be successful in the mission of consolidating the situation in your Municipality.
