For a long time your town was one of the economic, cultural and scientific centres of Montenegro and an example of sustainable development and opportunities. Local policy, supported by the state, should be directed towards using the infrastructural resources of Nikšić, in order to create better living conditions for citizens by new investment cycle.

Culture and youth are the special potential of Nikšić, which should serve for creating promising conditions for life and work.  I believe that Nikšić will be again the basis for the development of the whole country.
