We have received, with deepest regret, the news of the tragic accident which happened in Bucharest last night and took many young lives.

On this occasion I would like to convey my deepest condolences to you and your citizens and assure you that Montenegrin citizens are with you in this difficult time.

To the families who lost their dearest, I wish a lot of strength and for them to find peace in their souls and ease the pain caused by this tragic accident.
