Knowledge, skills and energy that young people have must be the support for all social processes that make our country better and more prosperous. With your investment in knowledge, you create your way to a better life, and provide the state with knowledge base to respond more easily and more professionally to future challenges.

The state must pay special attention to all students, and you must be provided with high quality education, usable knowledge, and certainly your student days - as one of the most beautiful stages of life - must have content and quality you deserve and want and that your colleagues in more developed systems already have.

Decent job and the rule of law are what your state must provide for you to have prepared when you finish your education at universities. The measure of good government policy is in your staying in the country and the return of your colleagues here.
