The Bay of Tivat with the archipelago of Krtolj is one of more beautiful sights welcoming the visitors of Tivat. With its appearance and your hard work, Tivat obtains the outlines of a coastal royal capital.           

Only with correct and just policies could great results be achieved, and so I wish the citizens of Tivat to contribute, with their decisions, to creation of new conditions for a better position of youth in their communities, as well as a higher quality of living standards of its citizens. Creation of such environment creates a better incentive for Montenegro’s progress on the European path.
