The tradition of Bar is maybe best reflected in the symbol of olive - eternal peace, togetherness, and co-habitation. Bar is a town which has a full being of civic, multi-confessional, and multinational life.

As one of the communally best ordered towns, Bar can serve as an example to others on how to take care of space in a sustainable manner by preserving the environment. The potential of your town provides security for the future of the quality of life of its citizens, especially young people, if it is followed by sustainable developmental policy, keeping the resources for the upcoming generations.

I believe that you will continue with further development on a fundamental principle of the rule of law, because that is the only way to have all projects for and in the interests of citizens.
