11:15 – Signing the Memorandum of Understanding between the Parliament of Montenegro and the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of Romania, by H.E. Mr Ranko Krivokapić, President of the Parliament of Montenegro and H.E Mr Valeriu Stefana Zgonea, President of the Chamber of Deputies of Romania – Blue Room
