Residents of Tuzi are widely known as zealous workers and hardworking people, and I am positive that you will base your further development on these values.  Tuzi deserves greater attention of the state and the local self-government in creating new possibilities for all citizens,

I am convinced that by your fight for better future you will have enough wisdom and determination to make Tuzi the place with better perspective and possibility for youth, and that must be strongly supported by the state.
