“In 2015 we have strongly confirmed the independence of Montenegro - by entering the NATO family”. The freedom for Montenegro and security for its citizens, as conditions for freedom and development.

Still, we have made a wall around our house, we come to the West. A difficult part of the job has left - to arrange our house, to be warm for everybody, to live better and more peaceful.

We know the path leading towards that goal. A strong state which will preserve the achieved but also provide necessary reforms. The state which will stimulate courage and resolution of all of us to face the ongoing crisis, the fact that we live in difficult conditions, and that we are the state that lives of debt.

Unity, as our national anthem says, will arrange our house to be true Euro-Atlantic and return the faith to those who have left us. Thus, citizens of Montenegro, wherever you are, in your homeland or scattered across the whole wide world, I wish you happy 2016. Let your soul be warm, your thoughts cheerful and your heart courageous”.
