Your town should be in its full capacity a hub of infrastructure, economy and education in the north of the country. Human and natural potential of Bijelo Polje may be an incentive for all municipalities of the northern region and a support of their development.

I believe that, by wise local policy creation, good economic management, and with support of the state, you will create better conditions for all your citizens and especially open prospects for young people to live and create in a self-sufficient manner.

I congratulate you on the results achieved so far, with a wish that you outdo them in the future period, and with a view to a better quality and better standard of living for your citizens.
