President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ranko Krivokapić informed his interlocutors on the course of the Parliamentary Dialogue which was greeted by the European Commission and the European Parliament, and which was launched with a view to creating conditions for fair and free elections.
President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ranko Krivokapić communicated to his interlocutors the expectation that maturity and readiness to accept conditions for democratic election process would prevail with the executive power. He estimated that presence of representatives of the European Union in the Parliamentary Dialogue would be very prescious and would enable discussion between the government and the opposition. In that context, he added that it was important for the European Union to continue with its constructive contribution to this process.
Mr Lange and Mr Rumbold expressed hope that the government and the opposition would come to an agreement in order to provide full implementation of electoral legislation, in the interest of adequate administering of the upcoming elections.
