Your town is a true representative of a diverse range of natural potentials which need to be valorised, supported and stimulated. Tourism, multiethnicity, multiculturalism, and entrepreneurial spirit are, among other potentials, the most prominent ones, therefore I am using this opportunity to wish you fruitful results along with support of state institutions, because your success is the success of all of us together.

Honestly believing in Montenegro as a state with Euro-Atlantic perspective, I wish for all citizens of Ulcinj to be the bearers of change and development with their decisions for the sake of progress and perspective, both for the young and all its citizens.
