The occasion of celebrating this holiday should be the strengthening of unity, uniting in ideas which stimulate prosperity and well-being, both with your loved ones and with all citizens. 

I wish you to spend these holidays surrounded by people close to you, in good health, peace, and love. May unity and human warmth be the thing we will all give to our common home - Montenegro.
