He emphasised that, as one of the first parliaments to ratify the NATO Accession Protocol for Montenegro, with their example Hungary had sent a clear message on significance of rapid ratification in member states. 

He also thanked the Hungarian National Assembly for being a constant advocate for open door policy emphasising the significance of European and Euro-Atlantic integration for security and prosperity of the entire region.
