On that occasion, the President of the State Election Commission informed the President of the Parliament on the work and activities of the SEC.

President Pajović pointed out that the Parliament of Montenegro would establish the Committee on monitoring the application of laws and other regulations important for building trust in the election process, and thus provide higher quality and more effectiveness of coordination among institutions in charge of implementation of electoral legislation.

Furthermore, President Pajović pointed out that the Parliament of Montenegro, with its own resources and capacities, would provide full support to the SEC, in its endeavours to have the election process be carried out under fair and democratic conditions.
