President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Darko Pajović will ceremoniously present the 13th July award for 2016, in the State Villa Gorica, today at 12:00h.

The following are the winners of the 13th July award for 2016: professor Mr Igor Đurović, author Mr Milorad Popović and musician Mr Miladin Šobić, while director Mr Veljko Bulajić won the Lifetime Achievement Awards.

The event is open to public.
