President Pajović voiced gratitude over the support in Euro-Atlantic integration of Montenegro, emphasising as especially significant that the USA had recognised the significance of this historic moment, not only for Montenegro but also for the entire region.

President also informed his interlocutor on the current ratification process, where seven countries had already completed this process. The interlocutors have also pointed out that Montenegro’s accession to NATO will be a clear message to other aspirant countries as well - that NATO doors remain open to everyone who implements reforms necessary for membership and contributes to security of the Alliance.
