Namely, MP Jonica addressed the head of the Parliament with a written request to have the parliamentary materials be delivered to her in Cyrillics, in accordance with Article 13 of the Constitution of Montenegro.

We remind that, as of yesterday, the use of the Albanian language for members of the Parliament of Albanian nationality was introduced in the Parliament, also in accordance with Article 13 of the Constitution of Montenegro.
