The congratulatory message, inter alia, says that Rožaje and its neighbourhood have many potentials, so the economic development in a number of areas, primarily tourism, can be achieved by united enthusiasm and professionalism of the private initiative, local self-government and relevant institutions of Montenegro.

- Rožaje can be a place for better life, where emigrants return and number of citizens and visitors of this picturesque area increases - President of the Montenegrin Parliament Mr Darko Pajović stated.
