Mr. Krivokapić and Ms. Sands held talks today on cooperation programme which the Parliament of Montenegro implemented with the Westminster Foundation for Democracy and British Council. The programme was aimed at providing support for MPs and Service of the Parliament in the part related to legislative and oversight role of the Parliament, including strengthening of capacities in managing human resources, communication and financial oversight.

Mr. Krivokapić and Ms. Sands assessed that the training programmers which the Parliament conducted were of an exceptional significance for young in Montenegro, their education and introduction with decision system.

Mr. Krivokapić said that the parliaments were schools of democracy, and added that Montenegrin Parliament was one of the most competitive in the region regarding innovations and inclusion of young in its work
