Dear Excellency,

The path that your state has crossed on implementation of foreign policy priorities is a bookish example of success and commitment. Today Montenegro officially comes to the gate of the European Union, thanking to Croatia, which by achieving its dream has made us one step closer to the common European home.

I take this opportunity, on behalf of the Parliament of Montenegro and on my own behalf, to congratulate to your Excellency and citizens of the Republic of Croatia the full-fledged membership to the European Union.

Convinced that the membership of the Republic of Croatia to the European nations family will be additional stimulus and support to our European path, I take this opportunity to express my highest consideration and respect for you.
