The Parliamentary Service welcomed the President of the Parliament Mr Ranko Krivokapić on the occasion of his election as the Speaker of the OSCE PA. The Parliament’s employees said that his election as the Speaker of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe was a victory for a freedom-loving Montenegro, Montenegrin Parliament, our delegation as well as himself.
