In a friendly discussion, Mr. Krivokapić emphasised good neighbourly relations of many years between Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as the significance of the mutual exchange of experiences in the field of European integrations, bearing in mind the obligations that both countries need to fulfil on their path to membership.
“Montenegro, as the only country in the region that is in the negotiations phase with the EU, can help its neighbours significantly in that process”, President Krivokapić pointed out.
Interlocutors agreed that the cooperation between Montenegro and the Republic of Srpska is taking an upward trajectory, but there are also many areas for its promotion.
Mr. Krivokapić and Mr. Radojičić also discussed the current economic crisis, the austerity measures, which both parliaments recently adopted as a temporary measure, and they also exchanged opinions on the current political situation in the region.
