The President Vujanović is in conflict with the Constitution of Montenegro by which he is restricted to 10 years as a president of this country, and he wants at least five more years. 

If he measures belonging to Montenegro, than the President Vujanović and myself should always have in mind the testament of the exiled King Nikola:” He who is not faithful to Montenegro, shall always be prosecuted by the God and people.”
