At their thirteenth meeting held today, the Administrative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro, in accordance with the Law on Royal Capital, decided to propose to the Parliament of Montenegro to appoint MPs Mr Borislav Banović and Mr Branko Radulović, professor PhD, as representatives of the Parliament of Montenegro to the Senate of the Royal Capital.

In addition, upon proposal of Mr Damir Davidović, MA, Secretary General of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee adopted the following two decisions and four rulebooks: Decision on Special Advisors in the Parliament of Montenegro, Decision on the Type and Procedure of Awarding a Civil Servant or a State Employee of the Service of the Parliament of Montenegro, Rulebook on Advertising Vacancies in the Service of the Parliament of Montenegro, Rulebook on the Type of Aptitude Test during Filling Vacancies and the Manner of Access to Documents of the Advertisement in the Service of the Parliament of Montenegro, Rulebook on Contents, Manner of Preparation and Adopting, as well as Methodology of Drafting a Special Programme of Vocational Training of the Service of the Parliament of Montenegro, and Rulebook on Criteria and Manner of Evaluation of Civil Servants and State Employees in the Parliament of Montenegro.
