At the eighteenth meeting of the Administrative Committee held today, the Committee did not establish the Proposal for the decision on appointment of one member of the Senate of the State Audit Institution, because none of the candidates acquired necessary majority of votes of present members.

The Committee decided to reinitiate the procedure for appointment of one member of the Senate of the State Audit Institution by announcing a public notice through printed media: “Pobjeda”, “Dan”, “Dnevne novine” and Independent Daily Newspapers "Vijesti"  as well as webpage of the Parliament of Montenegro.

The Committee stated that the Requests for exercising the right to compensation after the expiration of term of office until gaining the right to pension submitted by the former MP Mehmet Bardhi was handed in time but was not complete, thus it is necessary Mr Barthi to submit the relevant proof from the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund of Montenegro, enabling in that manner the Committee to reach a decision -. in line with the Article 10, paragraph 5 of the Law on Wages and Other Incomes of Civil Servants and State Employees of Montenegro.
