At the invitation of the Parliament of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the OSCE Mission, Radovan Obradović and Emilo Labudović, members of the Administrative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro, will participate at the Regional Working Meeting, under the subject of ″Ensuring financial autonomy of parliaments with a view to adequately fulfill the rights and obligations of members of parliaments″, which will be held on 3 and 4 July 2014 in Sarajevo.

It is planned that the Regional Working Meeting cover issues of the need and various aspects of financial autonomy of parliaments, substantive rights of members of parliaments and their responsibilities.
