On the 38th meeting of the Administrative Committee held today, the procedurefor the election ofa president and sixmembers of the Commission for Prevention of Conflict of Interests was initiated pursuant to the Article41 of the Law on Prevention of Conflict of Interest, and decided to issue an Open vacancy notice for the election ofa president and sixmembers of the Commission for Prevention of Conflict of Interests, on the website of the Parliamentand in the printmedia, namely "Pobjeda", "Dan", "Dnevne novine" and "Vijesti".

After a brief discussion, and upon the request ofthe formerChairman of the Commission for Prevention of Conflict of Interests, Slobodan Leković, for exercising the right to compensation after the termination of office, the Committee decided that under the interpretation of the rights that applied to the Protector of Human Rights and Freedoms, to determine the right to the compensationup to one year equivalent to the amount of salaryhe had receivedin the last month before the termination of office of the President of the Commission.
