At continuation of its 40^th meeting held today, the Administrative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro of 25^th Convocation, in continuation of the procedure of appointing the Commission for Prevention of Conflict of Interests, and in accordance with Article 41 paragraph 2 of the Law on Prevention of Conflict of Interests, established the Proposal for the Decision on appointment of Head and six members of the Commission for Prevention of Conflict of Interests upon open vacancy notice No 00-63-14/14-83 of 25 August 2014. 

The Committee proposed to the Parliament to appoint Mr Slobodan Leković as Head of the Commission for Prevention of Conflict of Interests, and the following as members of the Commission for Prevention of Conflict of Interests: Ms Vučinić Goranka, Ms Raičević Ana, Ms Smolović Borka, Mr Feratović Vahedin, Mr Stijepović Ristan and Mr Đoković Ivo.
