At its 43^rd meeting held today, the Administrative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro of the 25^th Convocation considered the Request by the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office in Podgorica, no. 00-75/14-2 of 15 October, for gaining the approval for criminal prosecution of Mr Janko Vučinić, MP at the Parliament of Montenegro.

Following the debate, the Committee decided to propose to the Parliament of Montenegro of the 25^th Convocation to not give the approval for initiation of criminal proceedings against Mr Janko Vučinić, MP at the Parliament of Montenegro, because of the criminal offence in Article 378 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Montenegro.
