At today’s continuation of the 48th meeting of the Administrative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro of the 25th Convocation, the Committee has – during the continuation of the procedure for appointing the Council of the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information – pursuant to Article 52 of the Personal Data Protection Law, established the Proposal for the Decision on appointing Chairperson and two members of the Council of the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information, upon Public Notice No. 00-63-14/14-164 of 11 November 2014.
The Committee decided to propose to the Parliament to appoint Mr Muhamed Đokaj as the President of the Council of the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information and Mr Radenko Lacmanović and Mr Aleksa Ivanović as members of the Council of the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information.
