The Administrative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro of the 25th Convocation, at the continuation of the fifth meeting held today, gave its consent to the Rulebook on the Internal Organisation and Systematisation and the Statute of the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information. On behalf of the proponents of the acts, in accordance with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament, the following people participated in the work at the meeting: Mr. Šefko Crnovršanin, the president of the Council of the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information, Mr. Radenko Lacmanović and Mr. Aleksa Ivanović, members of the Council of the Agency.
On the occasion of consideration of candidacy for appointment of one member of the Senate of the State Audit Institution, the Council decided to hold a consultation hearing of the candidates, followed by the election of the candidate and establishment of the proposal for the decision.
The Committee formed the Working Group with the task to establish the Proposal for the decision on the Amendment to the Decision on Establishment of Salary and other Income of the President and the Secretary of the State Election Commission (“Official Gazette of Montenegro”, No. 65/12) in relation to the value of coefficient for calculation of the fixed part of the salary. The Working Group was formed with the following composition: Mr. Milorad Vuletić, president, Ms. Branka Bošnjak, docent PhD, Ms. Marta Šćepanović and Ms. Azra Jasavić, members.
Additionally, the Committee formed another Working Group with the task of continuing the procedure of consideration of proposals of NGOs for adopting the act that would establish the manner and the procedure for election of the representatives of NGO sector in the bodies formed by the Parliament of Montenegro. The Working Group was formed with the following composition: Mr. Radovan Obradović, president, Ms. Marta Šćepanović, Ms. Branka Bošnjak, docent PhD and Ms. Azra Jasavić, members.
