1) Decision on repeal of the Decision on determining value of the coefficient of the fixed and starting part of salary; 
2) Decision on repeal of the Decision on the right on supplement to the salary on the basis of exercising the function;
3) Decision on repeal of the Decision on determining salaries and other incomes of the President and Secretary of the State Election Commission; and
4) Decision on special advisors in the Parliament of Montenegro.
In continuation of the meeting, in accordance with Article 31 paragraph 6 of the Law on Public Sector Salaries, determining that the decision on salaries of persons who were elected, appointed, or nominated in accordance with regulations shall be adopted by the body or the working body which elected, appointed, or nominated them, the Administrative Committee decided to adopt the decisions on salaries of the following elected, appointed, or nominated persons:
President of Montenegro,  President of the Parliament of Montenegro, Prime Minister of Montenegro,  vice presidents of the Parliament of Montenegro,  members of the Parliament of Montenegro, special advisors in the Parliament of Montenegro, ministers in the Government of Montenegro, President and members of the Senate of the State Audit Institution, President and Secretary of the State Election Commission, Secretary General of the Parliament of Montenegro,  Protector of Human Rights and Freedoms and deputies of the Protector.
