The Administrative Committee of the 25th Convocation of the Parliament of Montenegro, at the 8th meeting held today, held consultative hearing of the candidate for one member of the Senate of the State Audit Institution, namely: Ms. Biljana Vuksanović, Ms. Nela Ćuković, Mr. Dragoslav Minić, and Mr. Radule Žurić. Consultative hearing was held in accordance with the Rules for consultative hearing of the candidates for appointment of one member of the State Audit Institution, the Committee adopted at the previous meeting.

In compliance with the Rules the candidates presented themselves, after which the members of the Committee posed the questions to the candidates in relation to introductory presentations and provisions of the Law on State Audit Institution, determining conditions for appointment of the member of the Senate or responsibilities of the Senate. After posed questions of the members of the Committee from one of the MP Groups, the candidate gave answers. The Committee members could comment the answer.

Members of the Committee concluded that the CVs of the candidates are respectable. The posed questions were related to reasons for applying to the public call for appointment of one member of the Senate of the State Audit Institution, vision of the candidates of the work of the State Audit Institution, specific proposals of the candidates for the Senate to be more efficient and professional, whether they are ready to submit criminal charge if note elements of criminal offence in the work, whether they participated in the control of Aluminum Plant’s grants, and their previous work

Additionally, the Committee decided to set in motion the procedure for appointment of one member of the Senate of the State Audit Institution, by publishing public call in daily press: “Pobjeda“, “Dan“ and ND “Vijesti“ and “Dnevne novine“, as well as on the web site of the Parliament of Montenegro.
