At its 67th meeting held today, the Administrative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro of the 25th Convocation voted on proposal for supplementing the agenda, in accordance with the Request for holding of the control hearing of Mr Budimir Šaranović, President of the State Election Commission, submitted by members of the Committee from the Democratic Front and the Socialist People’s Party of Montenegro. The Proposal did not obtain the necessary majority of votes.
The Administrative Committee determined the Proposal of candidates for two members of the Commission for ranking candidates for the Chairperson of the Committee on Energy Regulatory Agency, and decided to propose Mr Filip Vuković and Mr Ranko Krsmanović to be members of the Commission.
The Committee adopted two decisions, as follows:
- the Decision on payment of difference in salary which an MP would have if he/she were holding the office professionally, upon proposal by Mr Siniša Stanković, Secretary General of the Parliament of Montenegro; and
- the Decision on exercising the rights to compensation for using the private vehicle for business purposes.
Consideration of the Rulebook on Internal Organisation and Job Scheme of the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information, No 01-54-1352-1/16 of 14 March 2016, was postponed until one of the upcoming meetings of the Committee, due to absence of proposer of the act, in accordance with the Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro.
