C O N C L U S I O N S

1. We urge the Government and the competent national authorities to ensure full implementation of the law on wage payment, contributions and taxes in the exercise of employee rights.

- It is essential that competent authorities further investigate the possibility of one time help to workers on strike, while the legal resolution of this issue is pending.

2. It is necessary that the Government and funds promptly provide information on activities in previous assistance to business activities of Montavarand their vision for overcoming the current situation, as a basis for discussion in the Parliament of Montenegro.

3. Conclusions of competent working bodies have been sustained, of the Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare, directing the working body to gather information from competent ministries and funds on the conducted activities on implementation of conclusions of 19 September and to propose future activities in the Parliament accordingly.

4. Collegium believes it necessary that the competent ministry prepares complete information about corporate bodies where there are months-long delays in the payment of wages, taxes and contributions, for the purpose of consideration of that information in the Parliament of Montenegro.

5. Collegium firmly emphasizes the conclusion of the Committee of 19 September, urging the Supreme Public Prosecutor's Office to take measures within its competence to determine possible liability for the resulting situation in Montavar – Metalac fromNikšić.
