At today’s meeting of the Legislative Committee, a number of amendments considered:

Sitting of the Eighth Extraordinary Session in 2013 will be continued today, starting at 13. 

Discussion on four proposals for laws completed.

Mr Krivokapić was presented with the Medal of Romanian People, the most significant acknowledgement of the Romanian Parliament

The Committee initiated the procedure for appointment of one member of the Senate of State Audit Institution.

At the 25^th meeting of the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration held today, regarding consideration of the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Constitutional Court of Montenegro, it was concluded that, in the continuation of the 24^th meeting of the Committee, held on 19 September of the current year, during voting on the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Constitutional Court of Montenegro, there had been a technical error, so it was concluded that the Proposal for the Law had not received the necessary majority. 

Considered - Draft of the Negotiation Position of Montenegro for Intergovernmental Conference on Montenegro’s EU Accession for Chapter 10 – Information Society and Media.
