Ministers replied to parliamentary questions 

President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ranko Krivokapić convened for today the constitutive meeting of the Council of the Agency for Prevention of Corruption, and on that occasion he received the members of the Council, and H.E. Mr Mitja Drobnič, Head of the EU Delegation to Montenegro.

Three proposals for laws considered

At today’s joint meeting, the Anti-corruption Committee and Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration adopted the report with conclusions from the second joint meeting, and determined their position on the manner of proposing the introduction of a new criminal offence “illicit enrichment of public officials”  in line with Article 20 of the  United Nations Convention against Corruption.

The Tenth - Special Sitting of the First Ordinary Session in 2015 will be continued today at 10:00.
