At its 98th meeting held today, the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration considered the following: Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Extra-Judicial Proceedings, and Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Civil Proceedings, submitted by MPs: Ms Azra Jasavić, Mr Srđan Perić, Mr Goran Tuponja and Mr Darko Pajović, as well as Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code, submitted by MP Ms Snežana Jonica. Voting on the said proposals for laws was postponed for one of the future meetings.
