President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ranko Krivokapić today has received members of the German section of the International Commission of Jurists (ICJ) with Chair Mr Michael Eichberger, a judge to the Federal Constitutional Court of Germany, and other members of the commission, who are representatives of various judicial institutions and experts in legal science.
