Mr Nik Gjeloshaj, member of the Inquiry Committee for collecting information and facts on the events relating to the actions of competent state authorities in the protection of state property and public interest during the sale of assets of the JSC Tobacco Plant Podgorica, informed on 28 May 2016 the Chairperson and members of the Inquiry Committee that he withdrew his signature from the Proposal for the Performance Report of the Inquiry Committee filed under No 00-63-17/16-2, proposed on 16 February 2016 by MPs: Mr Branko Čavor, Mr Predrag Sekulić, Mr Milorad Vuletić, Mr Almer Kalač and Mr Nik Gjeloshaj.
