During the conversation with students, MP Nimanbegu answered a number of question that students were interested in, relating to – the work of members of parliament, parliamentary elections in Montenegro, procedure for proposing and adopting laws as well as the manner of citizens’ inclusion in the parliament and the process of proposing a law. In addition, the students were interested how, in their ages, to contribute to the development of democratic society. The project “Democracy Workshops” is organised by the Parliament of Montenegro, with expert and technical realisation of the Forum Youth and Informal Education (Forum MNE) and financial support of the ERSTE foundation. The aim of the project is to strengthen interest of young people for democracy and political processes and to contribute to better understanding of those.
