In addition to members of the Commission, the following attended the meeting and participated in the discussion on the privatisation procedure of HTP “Vektra Boka” AD Herceg Novi: Ms Olivera Brajović, Assistant to the Minister of Sustainable Development and Tourism, Mr Branko Vujović, member of the Privatization and Capital Projects Council, Mr Nebojša Popović, Secretary of the Secretariat for Development Projects, Mr Vojin Miljanić, President of the Trade Union HTP “Vektra Boka” AD Herceg Novi, Ms Ines Mrdović, MANS Coordinator for Sustainable Development and Mr Obrad Gojković, MP of the Parliament of Montenegro, councillor of the local authorities in Herceg Novi and Chairperson of the Commission for Monitoring Privatisation procedure and its Influence on Social Status of citizens of Herceg Novi.

It was agreed, at the meeting, the discussion on privatisation procedure of HTP “Vektra Boka” AD Herceg Novi to be continued at the next meeting of the Commission.

Election of Commission Deputy Chairperson was postponed for the next meeting.
