In addition to Commission members, the following attended the meeting and participated in the discussion on the privatisation procedure of HTP “Vektra Boka” AD Herceg Novi: Mr Branko Vujović, member of the Privatisation and Capital Projects Council, Mr Nebojša Popović, Secretary of the Secretariat for Development Projects, Mr Dragan Brković, Owner of “Vektra Montenegro”, Mr Milić Popović, President of the Board of Directors of HTP “Vekta Boka”  AD Herceg Novi, Mr Vojin Miljanić, President of the Trade Union HTP “Vektra Boka” AD Herceg Novi and Mr  Obrad Gojković, MP of the Parliament of Montenegro, councillor of the local authorities in Herceg Novi and Chairperson of the Commission for Monitoring Privatisation Procedure and its Influence on Social Status of Citizens of Herceg Novi.

Following the discussion on privatisation of HTP ”Vektra" AD Herceg Novi, the meeting of the Commission was adjourned due to the lack of quorum.
