Apart from the Commission members, the meeting was attended by the following, who also participated in the discussion of the privatization procedure of the company “Marina Bar” AD Bar: Mr Mlađan Marjanović, President of the Board of Directors of the company “Marina Bar” AD Bar; Mr Tomislav Markolović, executive director of the company “Marina Bar” AD Bar; Ms Snežana Đurković, representative of the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs, and Mr Mladen Lučić, director of the Port Administration, on behalf of the Privatization and Capital Projects Council; Ms Ines Mrdović, coordinator of MANS; Ms Tatjana Vukčević, head of the workers union of the company “Marina Bar” AD Bar; and Mr Savo Vujošević and Mr Rade Perović, representatives of the group of citizens of Bar.
Additionally, the Commission adopted the Initiative by the Commission member Mr Mladen Bojanić to include in the agenda of one of the following meetings the monitoring of the privatisation procedure “New Tobacco Plant” AD Podgorica, and “Container terminals and general cargo” AD Bar.
Following the ending of the sixth meeting, the Commission concluded the previously started fifth meeting. In its continuation, the Commission adopted the Conclusions regarding the control of the privatisation procedure of HTP “Onogošt” AD Nikšić. Mr Branko Čavor, a Commission member, was unanimously elected as the deputy chairperson of the Commission.
